Join us for the 6th annual Merlindale Nature Festival and enjoy an afternoon of traditional hay cutting, featuring Steffi Shaffler from Teamwork Horse logging, woodworking demonstrations and guided nature walks.
Take part in a range of workshops including wildflower and pollinator identification, scything, wildflower seed collection and herbal storytelling.
Learn more about nature conservation from a broad spectrum of wildlife groups from across the south of Scotland.

Come along to Mellerstain House to celebrate the summer hay cut of their magnificent new meadow – featuring a horse-drawn mowing demonstration, butterfly walk, scything workshop and wildflower cyanotype printing workshop
